As part of an internship project at Image Engineering in Baltimore, Maryland, Allon designed an assembly of sourced and custom mechanical parts with thermodynamic and maintenance-friendly considerations using Vectorworks 3D CAD software, including a custom circuit board PCB designed with EasyEDA Software for six large buffalo sculptures at the Buffalo Bills Highmark Stadium, then known as New Era Field. Allon experimented with mechanical and electronic design including custom-machined heatsinks, custom LED arrays, and surface-mounted components. PCBs, engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and video of the Bills players running onto their home field in between the sculptures can be found below.
